In fact she makes use of the ChessBase software to create databases on a daily basis, which is used by Raunak to work on his chess

How does Heena do it? How did she help her son become a GM in spite of not knowing anything much apart from the rules? Sounds unbelievable, doesn’t it?

  1. She could just search the position and copy paste… Or use chessable scanner. it would save her days..

  2. Not quite sure, but I'm sure Raunak said he is working 12 hours ?

  3. She is reading "zero to one" book. They are planning to open a startup. Awesome

  4. She could have just searched based on player names and year and location it would have been quicker to find that game and the position.

  5. But she forgot to teach him how to be good human being

  6. Amazing I respect her mother well we all must love and respect our mothers

  7. I feel Woodpecker Method is too simple for Raunak

  8. Mr. Shah, might I recommend ChessOCR for Mrs. Sadhwani? It will save her an invaluable amount of time in collecting these positions for her son. Essentially, you use your phone's camera to hover over a chess position (typically from a book, but it can be from a computer screen too) and it will save the position in a PGN file. I use it almost daily and if you need further advice on ChessOCR, please don't hesitate to ask.

  9. This is amazing. Unbelievable. Thank you ChessBase India and thank you Sadhwani family.

  10. What I don’t understand is why can’t he just do it from the book and check his answer from the back

  11. Thats a lot of work for mom and let her do what she was doing and not to quit her job . I think he should do more work for his age if he need to improve himself and let his hardworking beast outside and make himself and her proud of him..
