In the tip 3, i was focused on the word "Mating" that i forgot what i was watching.

I am a beginner in chess, and I feel disappointed whenever I make a blunder.
My rating is 1600 in rapid, but only 1150 in 5+3 games. I often loss my resources for nothing just because I don't even notice that I am under attack. May someone guide me how to be good at bullet games？
