Got most of these. Before I stopped playing I was about 1500 on chess.com. As soon as you say the key words like forcing move and coordination I solve the puzzle.

On the f1 coordination puzzle, I thought when you said you spotted something you were going to say Rd6. Does this achieve the same effect as Qe6?
