I would love to learn endgames who should be a draw but that you can still convert if you know how :p (ex. knight king pawn vs bishop king pawn)

  5. You are a nut! 🙂Thank you so much. I love your stuff. This was super helpful.

  21. OMG!!! My son is a chess player and I've just been the chess mom for a while, but decided to take on it myself. Doing group lessons, private lessons, watching videos, solving puzzles….
I know how the pieces move, and basic knowledge….but no knowledge of openings (and I know there are over 1000 of them with their variations….and not much knowledge of endgames. it's so much to learn!

Anyway my coach just taught me the King-Pawn, King-Queen, and King-Rook endgames today.
Your video on opposition is wonderful! Also because you mentioned the "100 endgames you must know" by Jesus de la Villa
My son loved it too. When he was also around 1900 I bought it for him….and one more coincidence is that you went to DR, which is where I am from.
Anyway….just a chess mom following you now.

Thank you for the great content!!

  22. The s/o to chael sonnet " I can't let you get close" 😂😂😂😭

  23. An Ultimate Fighter reference in a Chess breakdown, oh my god I love this guy

  24. Knight and bishop vs king end game, two bishop vs king endgame

  25. مادر خوبی داری دایی جان

  26. I watched this the night before my first tournament and LO AND BEHOLD I WON THAT MATCH! We got to a king pawn endgame and your teachings totally kicked in.

    Thank you Levy! You rock!

  27. Excellent work levy 💯 kept engaging and great insights . Thankyou

  28. I'd like to see some instruction, and intuition, on how to turn an even looking middle game into a winning endgame, so strategic lessons on how to, from the middle game, create endgame advantages, like, for example, pushing a flank pawn deep.

  29. Thank you! I've been yoyoing between 1300 and 1400…but I almost always get killed in endgames with players rated closer to 1400 and above. Always.
