U already doing dumbbell press no need for Barbell press. The bench press with a dumbbell provides more range of motion, so if your goal is to build muscle, then choose a dumbbell bench press

Great video with easy to follow examples and exercise levels for everyone. No bullshit and no wasted dialogue. Mixing up the guys doing the specific exercises kept it from getting too boring. The music however was horrendous. It sounded like a DJ on crack. 😄
